Ingredients

Collagen peptides (containing gelatin, manufactured in Japan), dextrin, sugarcane extract, rice extract containing ceramide / glucosamine (derived from shrimp and crab), hyaluronic acid.

How to Use

Dissolve approximately 6g (about one heaped tablespoon) per day in water, hot water, or a drink of your choice. Start with a small amount if using for the first time. Reduce the amount if 6g feels excessive, and do not exceed the recommended daily intake. A spoon is not included.

Serving suggestions include mixing 6g into 180cc of coffee, milk, or hot cocoa, or into 100g of yogurt.
