This mellow ponzu combines the gentle tartness of Japanese yuzu juice with a carefully prepared dashi made using Hokkaido kombu. Part of Ninben's Shokutaku no Wa series, it uses a soy sauce-style seasoning made from fava beans and salt instead of wheat- and soy-based soy sauce.
