How to Use
Step 1: Draw a line along the lash line, filling in the gaps between lashes with the ultra-fine creamy pencil.
Step 2: Blend with the tip within 30 seconds, before the line sets. Use it to blend the line into eyeshadow, soften a defined line, or make fine corrections with the tip's pointed end.
Remove with an oil-based cleanser.
