Product Overview

A blended miso soup powder made by a dashi specialist, with a taste likened to drinking dashi itself. Supplied in a 45g resealable stand-up pouch.

Ingredients

Powdered miso (manufactured in Japan), flavor seasoning (sugar, salt, yeast extract, bonito extract powder, dried sardine extract powder, powdered soy sauce, kombu powder, bonito powder, shiitake mushroom), dried bonito (manufactured in Japan), dried frigate tuna. Contains wheat and soybeans.

The manufacturing facility also handles products containing mackerel.

How to Use

Add the powder, then pour in hot water for miso soup. It can also be used to season simmered dishes and stir-fries.

Q: What is the shelf life and how should it be stored?
A: The shelf life is 180 days from manufacture. Store at room temperature away from heat and humidity. Refrigeration is recommended after opening.
