Product Overview

A 1/35 scale, unpainted plastic model kit of the U.S. light tank M24 Chaffee in its European Theater configuration. When assembled, it measures 159 mm long and 87 mm wide. Assembly and painting are required; glue, tools, and paints are sold separately.

Features

  • Realistically recreates the tank’s low-slung, compact profile based on research of the actual vehicle.
  • Models a standard M24 configuration from World War II.
  • Finely reproduced details include cast texture on the turret front and gun mantlet, as well as weld seams.
  • The turret interior includes parts for the main gun loading area and a radio.
  • The hull-side sand shields can be left off during assembly.
  • An etched part is included for the mesh rack on the rear of the hull.
  • Tracks are assembled from connected links, with the straight sections molded as single pieces.
  • Includes two half-figure crew members—a commander and a loader—and three decal options for vehicles that fought in the Italian campaign and in Germany.
