How to Use
Cut a length of about 40cm and wrap it around your middle finger 2-3 times. Hold the thread taut between your thumb and index finger, keeping a gap of about 1-1.5cm. Move it back and forth along the surface of the teeth, gradually inserting it between them. Once past the contact area, insert it slightly into the gap between the teeth and gums. After using one section, wind up the used part and pull out a clean section. Rinse your mouth after use.
