Product Overview

A liquid blended miso with the distinctive sweetness of Kyushu-style miso, complemented by bonito and flying fish flavors. It dissolves readily in hot or cold water, making it easy to prepare even a single serving of miso soup.

Ingredients

Miso (contains wheat, manufactured in Japan), salt, sugar and isomerized sugar syrup, bonito flake extract, fermented seasoning (contains wheat), grilled flying fish powder, bonito flake powder / alcohol, flavor enhancers (amino acids, etc.), sweetener (licorice).
