Product Overview

A 3x concentrated soup base made with honjozo soy sauce, bonito flakes produced in Japan, and kombu from Hokkaido. From Ninben, a bonito and dashi specialist established in 1699.

Features

  • Versatile seasoning for noodle dipping sauce, tempura dipping sauce, simmered dishes, rice bowls, and Japanese-style dressings.
  • Made using a proprietary production method to bring out the qualities of bonito flakes.

Ingredients

Soy sauce (produced in Japan), sugar, salt, bonito flakes, kombu / flavor enhancers (amino acids, etc.), acidulant. Contains wheat and soybeans.

How to Use

Dilute with water, or add sugar, mirin, or other seasonings to taste depending on the dish. After opening, store upright in the refrigerator and use promptly, as mold or yeast may develop.
