How to Use
1. Apply approximately one swipe along the lash line, then blend across the eyelid with your finger.
2. Apply approximately one swipe within the eyelid crease area and blend lightly, keeping the color deeper than in step 1.
3. Apply one swipe close to the lash line as you would eyeliner. Leave without blending until it sets. These three steps create a gradient.
