Product Overview
An eyebrow pencil with a spoolie brush that creates a soft, powdery brow finish. Shade 03 is Cinnamon Brown. Made in Japan.

Ingredients
Talc, Stearic Acid, Behenic Acid, Synthetic Japan Wax, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Glyceryl Tri(caprylate/caprate/myristate/stearate), Diisostearyl Malate, Squalane, Tocopherol, Aluminum Hydroxide, Iron Oxides, Titanium Dioxide.
How to Use
Extend the tip approximately 2mm. Draw from the brow arch toward the tail, filling in areas without hair. Using light pressure, softly fill in from the front of the brow to the arch. Blend the entire brow with the spoolie brush.
Avoid drawing too heavily at the front, and gradually deepen the color toward the tail. For a neater finish, use the spoolie to groom the brow hairs before drawing.
Do not extend the tip too far, as it may break. Watch for any skin abnormalities during use and discontinue use if the product does not agree with your skin. Keep out of reach of infants and young children. Refer to the product precautions for further details.
