FAQ

Q: Can temperature affect the consistency?
A: The product becomes firm at temperatures of 10°C or below and may soften in hot weather. This does not affect its quality. Store away from direct sunlight and extremely high or low temperatures.

Q: What should I do if irritation occurs?
A: Stop using the product if you notice redness, swelling, itching, irritation, or other unusual reactions during use or after exposure to direct sunlight. Continuing use may worsen these reactions; consultation with a dermatologist or other specialist is recommended in such cases.
