FAQ
Q: Why does the soap become cloudy or have floating particles?
A: Natural ingredients may turn cloudy at approximately 15°C or below, and color and scent may vary. Some ingredients may float or settle because the soap contains no synthetic surfactants. These changes do not affect product quality.
Q: What should I do if the dispensing opening becomes clogged?
A: Clear the opening with a toothpick or similar item before use. Do not squeeze the bottle while it is clogged, as liquid may spray into your eyes.
