How to Use
1. Apply against the direction of hair growth, moving from the brow tail toward the inner brow and coating from the roots.
2. Brush from the inner brow toward the tail, applying while arranging the hairs.
When combining with other eyebrow products, use this mascara last as the finishing step. Use only on eyebrows and avoid contact with the eyes. Close the cap securely after use.
