An eyebrow pencil with a brush that creates a soft, powdery brow finish. Shade 04 is Milk Tea Brown.
Features

Ingredients
Talc, Stearic Acid, Behenic Acid, Synthetic Japan Wax, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Glyceryl Caprylate/Caprate/Myristate/Stearate, Diisostearyl Malate, Squalane, Tocopherol, Aluminum Hydroxide, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides.
How to Use
1. Extend the tip approximately 2 mm. Draw from the brow arch toward the tail, filling in areas without hair.
2. Use light strokes without pressing too hard to softly fill in from the inner brow to the arch.
3. Blend the entire brow with the spoolie brush to finish.
Avoid drawing too heavily at the inner brow, and gradually deepen the color toward the tail. For an even neater finish, use the spoolie to arrange the brow hairs before drawing.
