How to Use
Apply with the brush in a combing motion from the roots of the brow hairs toward the tips. When using with an eyebrow pencil or powder, apply this product last. To remove, allow warm water to soak into the product briefly, then wash off.
After use, wipe the opening of the container clean and close the cap securely. Do not store in a hot location.
