How to Use

Step 1: Use the pencil liner to draw a line at the desired width beneath the eye, then blend to create natural-looking shading. Step 2: Use the tip shadow liner to fill the area inside the line on the lower eyelid, blending into the line to create a gradient.

Do not use on skin with wounds, swelling, or other abnormalities.
