How to Use
Make sure the cap is securely closed, then gently shake up and down several times. Open with the cap facing upward. Apply first to areas where brow hair is sparse. Hold the tip upright to draw the brow tails.
If too much powder collects on the tip, wipe off the excess against the opening of the container before applying. If the powder becomes difficult to apply, close the cap securely and tap the container against your palm about 10 times before use.
