How to Use
Make sure the cap is firmly closed to avoid leakage, then shake well until you hear a clicking sound. The water and powder separate into two layers; mix them thoroughly before use.
Apply the color in small dots or a line. Allow it to dry slightly, then gently pat and blend with your finger.
