How to Use

Ensure the temperature of the bathwater (180L) is even, then add one sachet (60g). Stir well before bathing. Use immediately after opening.

For the recommended interval bathing method, drink a glass of water before bathing; drinking water during bathing is also recommended. Bathe in slightly hot water for approximately 10 minutes, keeping the water level below your chest, then leave the bath and rest for approximately 5 minutes. Avoid this method if you are prone to lightheadedness or feel very fatigued. If you feel unwell, leave the bath immediately and rest.
