How to Use

Apply an appropriate amount to a cotton pad and gently wipe off makeup. Repeat several times until no residue appears on the cotton pad. For heavy eye makeup, allow the lotion to sit on the makeup briefly before wiping gently. Waterproof mascara may be difficult to remove.
