How to Use
1. Apply against the direction of hair growth, working from the tail toward the inner brow and coating the hairs from the roots.
2. Brush from the inner brow toward the tail, combing the hairs into place as you apply.
When using with other eyebrow products, apply this mascara last as the finishing step. Use only on eyebrows. Close the cap securely after use.
