How to Use

Spray Yume Mizu Hada Skin Base Water over the face for about 8 pumps, 3 sets, and pat it in with your hands. Then take a 500-yen-coin-sized amount of Perfect Essence and spread it over the face. Apply additional layers when concerned about dryness.
