PALTY Coloring Milk in Mitsumete Brown is a hair color with a rich, creamy emulsion that can be applied by hand. It clings to the hair without dripping and offers a generous amount for even coloring. Made in Japan.

• Color changes may not be noticeable on black hair. Results vary depending on the original hair color, damage, brightness, hair characteristics, room temperature, and processing time.
• Cannot lighten hair that has been dyed black with hair color. Previously colored hair may develop a different shade or an uneven result.

Ingredients

Agent 1 — Active ingredients: 2,4-Diaminophenoxyethanol hydrochloride, toluene-2,5-diamine, para-aminophenol, resorcinol, 5-amino-o-cresol.

Agent 1 — Other ingredients: Sodium sulfite, almond oil, ethanol, tetrasodium edetate tetrahydrate, alkyltrimethylammonium chloride, orange juice, hydrolyzed silk solution, strong ammonia solution, stearyl alcohol, purified water, cetyl alcohol, concentrated glycerin, grape seed oil, polydimethyldimethylenepyrrolidinium chloride solution, polyoxyethylene cetyl ether, methylpolysiloxane, monoethanolamine, peach juice, liquid paraffin, apple juice, lemon juice, L-ascorbic acid, fragrance.

Agent 2 — Active ingredient: Hydrogen peroxide.

Agent 2 — Other ingredients: Diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, purified water, cetyl alcohol, sodium cetyl sulfate, hydroxyethane diphosphonic acid solution, phenoxyethanol, propylene glycol, phosphoric acid, disodium hydrogen phosphate.

Hair Treatment Serum: Water, BG, dimethicone, diisopropyl dilinoleate, mineral oil, stearyl alcohol, sorbitan stearate, PEG-25 stearate, carbomer, xanthan gum, glycerin, potassium hydroxide, camellia oil, butylparaben, methylparaben, Camellia oleifera oil, disodium EDTA, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, fragrance.

How to Use

Perform a skin allergy test (patch test) 48 hours before every application. Read the enclosed instructions carefully and follow them.

• Add all of Agent 1 to Agent 2, close the cap, and shake well up and down to mix.
• Dispense into your hand and apply generously throughout dry hair, working it through. Do not rub vigorously.
• Leave for about 20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly and use shampoo and conditioner. Finish with the included Hair Treatment Serum.

Keep the mixture and rinse water out of your eyes. Do not use on eyebrows, eyelashes, or young children. Do not use if you have previously experienced itching, a rash, redness, or other irritation from hair color, or if you feel unwell during or immediately after coloring. Do not use if the patch test causes an abnormal skin reaction, or if your scalp or skin is sensitive or has sores or wounds. Do not use on severely damaged hair from repeated coloring, bleaching, or perming.

Do not leave the mixed emulsion in the container: gas may form and cause the container to burst or overflow. Discard any remaining mixture. Keep out of reach of young children and store away from high temperatures and direct sunlight. This product is not food.
