Ingredients

Dextrin (manufactured in Japan), plant-based lactic acid bacteria (heat-killed), lactose, lactulose, lactic acid bacteria (heat-killed) / vitamin C, silicon dioxide, calcium stearate.

How to Use

Follow the recommended daily intake. This supplement may be taken at any time; taking it after a meal helps digestion and absorption.
