How to Use
In addition to daily toothbrushing, take approximately 20mL (the halfway line on the cap), rinse your mouth for 20–30 seconds, then spit out. No rinsing with water is needed afterward. Avoid squeezing the middle of the bottle firmly, as liquid may splash out.
