How to Use
Take an appropriate amount in your hand and spread over areas such as the upper arms, abdomen, hips, and thighs, massaging gently. No rinsing is required.
The firm cream may develop a hollow in its center as the pump dispenses it, making pumping difficult. If this happens, shake the entire bottle to move the cream toward the bottom before use.
