Soft gel cushions fit around the heel and distribute pressure. Two raised areas help keep the heel from slipping out of the shoe. The clear material is discreet, and the pads come with double-sided tape.

How to Use

Remove the protective film from the gel pad and firmly attach the adhesive side to the heel area inside the shoe, taking care to spread the gel evenly. Put on the shoe and walk to check the fit, adjusting the position if needed. Replace the pad if the adhesive becomes weak.
