How to Use
1. Apply against the direction of hair growth, working from the brow arch toward the inner end of the brow.
2. Brush from the inner end toward the tail, following and shaping the brow hairs.
When combining with other eyebrow products such as powder, pencil, or liquid, apply this mascara last. A makeup cleanser is recommended for removal when used with other eyebrow products.
