How to Use
Shake before use. Gently lift the eyelid with a finger and hold the eyeliner upright, drawing a line to fill the gaps between the lashes. Draw from the outer corner toward the center, then from the inner corner toward the center to connect the lines. Add an upward flick or a downward extension at the outer corner according to your preferred finish.
