How to Use

Always handle with dry hands, as moisture makes the film adhere. Use immediately after opening the individual pouch.

• With dry hands, peel the light blue film for the upper teeth from the transparent sheet. The ingredients are on the side attached to the transparent sheet.
• Apply the peeled side to the front of the upper teeth, folding any excess around to the backs of the teeth.
• Apply the film to the lower teeth in the same way.
• Close your mouth and wait approximately 10 minutes for the film to settle.
• Finish by brushing your teeth together with the softened film, then rinse.
