How to Use
Apply with the brush in a combing motion from the roots of the brow hairs toward the tips. When using with an eyebrow pencil or powder, apply this product last. To remove, let warm water soften the product briefly, then wash it off.
After use, wipe the opening of the container clean and close the cap securely. Do not store in a hot location.
