Introducing a non-alcoholic toner with a weakly acidic pH of 5.5, close to that of healthy skin. By maintaining the skin in a healthy weakly acidic state after cleansing, it helps lead to resilient skin that is less prone to irritation. The natural moisturizing ingredient, Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract, delivers refreshing hydration to the skin.
