ELIXIR Reflet Balancing Mizu Cream helps balance skin's oil and moisture while providing lasting hydration and a radiant glow. This Japanese quasi-drug cream has a fresh bouquet scent and is made in Japan.

Features

  • Uses Uru-Sara Powder to help retain moisturizing ingredients within the stratum corneum while leaving the skin's surface smooth and non-sticky.

Ingredients

Tranexamic acid*, dipotassium glycyrrhizate*, purified water, 1,3-butylene glycol, ethanol, concentrated glycerin, dipropylene glycol, polyacrylate, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene decyltetradecyl ether, polyoxyethylene (17) polyoxypropylene (4) dimethyl ether, sodium citrate, glycylglycine, xanthan gum, di(phytosteryl/2-octyldodecyl) N-lauroyl-L-glutamate, citric acid, disodium EDTA, sodium metabisulfite, lysine hydrochloride, scutellaria root extract, sodium DL-pyrrolidone carboxylate solution, rosemary extract, peach kernel extract, saxifrage extract, tea extract (1), water-soluble collagen (F), phenoxyethanol, fragrance, Blue 1.

How to Use

After applying toner in the morning and evening, take an amount equivalent to two pearl-sized portions and smooth over the entire face.
