FAQ
Q: Is this a parallel-import product?
A: Yes. Packaging may differ from the product image without notice. Colorants, fragrance, and ingredient amounts may differ slightly from officially distributed Japanese products, which may result in differences in color or texture.
Q: Why might the outer box show signs of opening?
A: An ingredient label must be attached to the product itself, so the outer box may show signs of opening. Products may come without an unopened seal, and transparent wrapping film may or may not be present.
