How to Use
Outline your lips with the applicator, then allow the color to dry thoroughly for approximately 2–3 minutes. Always use a makeup remover to remove it; MAYBELLINE Express Care Total Clean is recommended. For a more natural-looking color, gently pat and blend with your finger.
