How to Use

1. Lightly blend C over the entire eyelid.
2. Layer B over approximately half of the eyelid.
3. Blend D along the lash line.
4. Lightly apply A around the upper and lower inner corners of the eyes. Apply A and C along the lower lash line and under-eye area to add dimension.
