Product Overview

Traditional sour, salty shiraboshi umeboshi made with fully ripe Kishu Nanko plums and mineral-rich sun-dried natural salt, aged for one year. These unsweetened pickled plums contain 18% salt and come in a 280g pack.

Features

  • Made without additives, using only fully ripe Nanko plums and sun-dried salt.
  • The plums ripen on the tree until they fall naturally, producing large fruit with soft skin and a fruity flavor.
  • Harvested at a farm run by five generations since the Meiji era, with each plum carefully pickled.

Ingredients

Fully ripe Nanko plums, sun-dried salt.

How to Use

Enjoy as is or with rice balls, rice porridge, somen, or udon. Their unsweetened flavor also makes them easy to combine with other ingredients in cooking.
