Product Overview

A 3x concentrated tsuyu made with bonito flakes and soda bonito flakes produced in Japan, plus kombu from Hokkaido, for a mellow flavor. This gluten-free seasoning uses broad bean soy sauce instead of wheat- and soy-based soy sauce and is made without the 28 specified allergenic ingredients.

Ingredients

How to Use

Use as a dipping sauce for noodles or as a seasoning for rice bowls, nikujaga (simmered meat and potatoes), and other simmered dishes. After opening, store upright in the refrigerator and use promptly, as mold or yeast may develop.
