A zero-carb mirin-type seasoning developed using Hinode's expertise in mirin making. It is designed to deliver seasoning effects comparable to hon mirin, including umami, richness, and sweetness.

Features

  • Brewed seasoning that helps reduce unwanted food odors and keeps ingredients from falling apart during simmering.
  • Can be used in simmered dishes, grilled dishes, sauces, and dipping broths.

Ingredients

Brewed seasoning made from rice and rice koji (manufactured in Japan), salt, resistant dextrin (soluble dietary fiber), yeast extract / alcohol, flavor enhancer (amino acid), sweetener (stevia).

How to Use

Use in the same way as your usual mirin. Try it in meat and potato stew, simmered fish, chicken teriyaki, ginger pork, or yellowtail teriyaki. Take care when adjusting the salt level of your dishes.
