How to Use

Cut a piece about 40 cm long and wrap it loosely around the middle finger of one hand 2-3 times, then wrap the remaining floss around the middle finger of the other hand. Use your thumb and index finger to hold the floss taut with a gap of about 1-1.5 cm between your fingers. Glide the floss gently back and forth along the tooth surface, gradually inserting it between the teeth. Once you pass the contact point between the teeth, insert it slightly into the gap between the teeth and gums. After finishing one area, wind the used portion around your finger and feed out a clean section for use. Rinse your mouth after use.
