Product Overview

A targeted makeup remover that wipes away eye and lip makeup with a cotton pad. Its water layer contains cleansing ingredients derived from facial lotion, while its oil-based emollient layer helps lift and envelop waterproof mascara and eyeliner for easy removal without rubbing.

Features

  • Contains two moisturizing and protective ingredients that care for eyelashes and the eye area: panthenol, a vitamin B derivative, and tocopheryl acetate, a vitamin E derivative.
  • Removes makeup gently while maintaining skin moisture.
  • Low-irritation formula with no fragrance or colorants.
  • No additional face wash required.
  • Made in Japan.

Ingredients

Water, Cyclopentasiloxane, Mineral Oil, Isododecane, Ethanol, Panthenol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, PEG-400, Sodium Chloride, PPG-2-Deceth-7, Ethyl Cocoyl Arginate PCA, Disodium EDTA, PEG-6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides.

How to Use

Apply an appropriate amount to a cotton pad and wipe gently. The formula readily blends with makeup, so there is no need to rub firmly. For stubborn mascara, allow the remover to blend with the makeup for a while before gently wiping it away. Remove contact lenses before use, as the remover may soil them. It can also be used around the mouth to remove lip makeup.
