How to Use
Step 1: Draw along the lash line, filling the gaps between lashes. The ultra-fine creamy pencil draws thin, smooth lines like a liquid eyeliner and adheres closely. It can also be used to create a wing at the outer corner.
Step 2: Blend with the tip within 30 seconds, before the line sets. Use it to blend the line into eyeshadow, soften a defined line, or make precise corrections with the end of the tip.
