How to Use
- Apply approximately one swipe along the lash line, then blend across the eyelid with your finger.
- Apply approximately one swipe to the eyelid crease area and blend slightly, keeping the color deeper than in the first step.
- Apply one swipe close to the lashes as you would eyeliner. Do not blend; leave it to set. These three steps create a gradient finish.
