How to Use
Apply with the brush, combing from the roots of the brow hairs toward the tips. When using with an eyebrow pencil or powder, apply this product last. To remove, leave the brows in contact with lukewarm water for a short while, then wash off. After use, wipe the opening of the container clean and close the cap securely. Do not store in hot places.
