A waterproof mascara base in 01 Clear Black that fixes curls as soon as it is applied and keeps lashes beautifully lifted until removal. It can also be worn alone for curled lashes with a natural-looking sheen.

How to Use
- For a longer-lasting lifted curl, curl your lashes with an eyelash curler before use.
- When layering your mascara over the base, let the base dry first for a smoother finish with less clumping.
- An eye makeup remover is recommended for removal.
