How to Use
Emphasizing the eyelid crease: If you have a double eyelid, draw along the crease. If you have a single eyelid, draw where you want the crease to appear. Extend the line slightly toward the inner and outer corners for a wider, larger-looking eye area. Blend with eyeshadow after drawing for a more natural finish.
Shading under-eye fullness: Use eyeshadow to define the part of the lower eyelid that looks fuller when you smile. Draw one shadow line beneath this area and immediately blend with your finger for a naturally dimensional, fuller-looking finish. Repeat the shadow line and blending steps if you want more definition.
Eye-plumping makeup effect: Before applying eyeshadow, apply the liner across the fuller part of the lower eyelid. Layer glitter eyeshadow over it so the red shows through, creating a watery-eyed, just-cried look.
