A gentle lip and eye makeup remover that removes heavy makeup in one go. Its two-layer water and oil formula quickly removes hard-to-remove makeup, including waterproof makeup.

Ingredients

Water, Cyclopentasiloxane, Lauryl Methyl Gluceth-10 Hydroxypropyldimonium Chloride, Ethylhexylglycerin, Viola Tricolor Flower/Leaf/Stem Water, Sodium Chloride, Hexylene Glycol, Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside, Disodium EDTA, Dipotassium Phosphate, Potassium Phosphate, Phenoxyethanol.

How to Use

Make sure the cap is securely closed, then shake the container thoroughly until the water and oil layers are mixed. Apply an appropriate amount to a cotton pad or similar material and wipe away makeup around the eyes and lips. Avoid contact with the eyes. If the product gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water.
