Features

Oval 1.3 mm × 2.5 mm core for drawing lines of varying thickness.
High color payoff that blends with the skin.
Designed to resist smudging for a long time.
Can also be used as a concealer.
Contains five moisturizing serum ingredients.
Made in Japan.

How to Use

Twist up the core and apply to the area where you want to create an under-eye bag, then gently blend with your finger. The core is soft and may break if extended too far; do not extend it more than 1 mm.
