How to Use
Refill only an Ayurutaimu Good Night Day bottle after using up its contents completely. Do not mix with other products or water. Open the refill at the notch and pour the entire contents into the bottle. Keep a record of the manufacturing number after refilling in case it is needed for an inquiry.
Dissolve approximately 40g in 200L of bathwater before bathing. Use the bottle cap to measure: the uppermost line inside the cap indicates approximately 40g.
After bathing, the recommended breathing technique is to inhale slowly through your nose while expanding your abdomen, then exhale slowly through your nose while drawing your abdomen back in.
