How to Use

Q: Why does the soap become cloudy or develop floating particles?
A: Its natural ingredients may turn cloudy at approximately 15°C or below, and its color and scent may vary. Some ingredients may float or settle because the soap contains no synthetic surfactants. These changes do not affect product quality.
Q: What should I do if the opening becomes clogged?
A: Close the cap after use to help keep the liquid from hardening. If the opening becomes clogged, clear it with a toothpick or similar tool before use. Do not squeeze the bottle while clogged, as liquid may spray into your eyes.
